Who is behind Absolute Media?
Absolute Media is proudly owned and operated by me, Jon Holtslag. I am a Christchurch based web developer who has a serious passion for everything related to website design and development. When I am not sitting behind my desk, you’ll find me in a kitchen whipping up some sweet treats, or looking at pictures of cats on the internet.
Growing up with a computer always near, I have a natural talent with all things I.T. and internet, with my diploma of software development and vast experience allowing me to build you a website that looks and functions fantastically, gets you found online, and sells the products or services you are offering. Whilst I am fluent in geek speak, I only speak easy to follow English when describing the form and function of your website, ensuring you have as much or little understanding of your website as you would like.
How I can help
The core services I offer are related to web design and development; building a website from scratch, refreshing the look of an older website, hosting websites live on the internet, and providing custom email addresses.
I offer all of the services you may need to get the right look and feel to your business. Partnering with copywriters, graphic designers, and printers, my services also include; writing your website content, logo design, graphic design, print, photography, as well as promotional products. My philosophy
I believe that essentially every business should be online, as a huge proportion of the population only use the internet to find products and/or services they are interested in, I know I do. Unfortunately, a very large number of web design companies take advantage of this, and charge thousands of dollars for a simple website. The websites I build are often a fraction of the price of other companies out there, while being of a very high quality.
I like to make the process as simple as possible for you, often all I require is the website content and any images to go on the website (both of these I can also provide for you on request), you can then sit back and let me take care of the rest. I can build a website with as little or as much input from you as you want – and the job isn’t over until you are completely satisfied. After the website has gone live, you can still contact me with any questions or changes you would like to be made, with most minor changes being done for no cost – unlike many other website design companies.
